My passion is supporting individuals in navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, body image, low self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being.
I use evidence-based techniques that approach each person holistically, without labels or stigma.
Using a range of Havening Techniques and applied touch we remove the emotional reaction and triggers that keep you bound to any trauma and past experiences. I can then assist you to release any remaining layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body. From here I will help you gain new perspectives and insights about the experience, creating new choices and ways of being.

Most clients come to me with a sense of helplessness after trying traditional counselling or therapy and only experiencing temporary improvements. After one Havening session there is always a result, a shift and new perspective.
